Sebon grants Womi Microfinance an approval for 30% right issue ; LTP Rs 1745

Securities board of Nepal (SEBON), on thursday, has granted Womi Microfinance an approval to float a right of 30%. 

The company will now issue 2,33,280 unit shares at a face value of Rs 100. Womi has already appointed Siddhartha Capital as the issue manager for the right issue. 

Womi microfinance will have a paid-up capital of Rs 10.10 crores after the right issue. 

The company was last traded for Rs 1,745 in the stock exchange.
