NADEP Laghubitta announces 10% bonus shares for the shareholders !!!!

Recently held board meeting of Nadep Laghubitta has proposed dividend for the shareholders of the company.

The company has announced 10% bonus shares and cash for the tax purpose. The dividend relates to the fy 2075/76 and will need to be approved by NRB and company's shareholders in the AGM.

The shares of NADEP Laghubitta was last traded for Rs 518 in the stock exchange. This gives a dividend yield of 1.93%. The company distributed bonus shares of 15% in the previous year.

NADEP's paid-up capital will rise to Rs 40.48 crores after the capitalisation of bonus.
