SCB announces book closure date for AGM; to sanction 100% stock dividend

SCB has announced book closure date for the purpose of its 31st AGM.

The shareholder's book will remain closed Poush 16, 2074 to poush 26. Only those shareholders holding their shares till Poush 15, 2074 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible for right shares.

362nd board meeting held on 8th december had proposed 100% stock dividend for the shareholders.

Standard Chartered  currently has a paid up capital of Rs 4.00 arba. The paid up capital will reach Rs 8.01 arba after the distribution of proposed bonus share.
