Big IPO on the way !
NIC Asia Laghubitta, a wholly owned subsidiary of NIC Asia Bank has announced the date to issue shares to public. The company will issue shares from 10th Ashad till 14th of Ashad. The company has decided to issue 47,55,000 units shares to public at a face value of Rs 100.
Out of this issued quantity, 44,43,200 units will be available for general public. One can apply for a minimum of 10 units.
The company's paid-up capital will expand to Rs 1.48 arba after the IPO. Based on the 3rd quarter report, the company had an annualised EPS of Rs 16.29 and a Networth of Rs 122.64 per share.
